Marwest Management Canada Ltd. is responsible for the management of all income-producing properties owned by the Marwest Group, private investment institutions, as well as managing its publicly syndicated properties.

The Marwest Group is engaged in the development, construction and management of income-producing properties, including office buildings, shopping centres, residential and mixed-use properties both in Canada and the United States.

Commencing operation in the early 1960's the Marwest Group grew from a regional construction company to a group of companies engaged in all aspects of real estate development, construction and management.

During the past 15 years, Marwest has developed and constructed more than $500 million of commercial and residential properties in western Canadian cities, as well as Minneapolis and Phoenix, U.S.A.
