Building Features
The massive (26,600 square foot) floor plate is unusually large
for a heritage building. It's size allows departments, divisions
and companies to be contained on one floor without undesirable
fracturing. This enables staff to work more efficiently and
provides for maximum productivity.
The challenge of bringing light into the depth of the interior, a
problem normally associated with large floor plates, is solved by
the building's large light-giving interior atrium plunging completely
to the main level. The light well provides light to the interior of
the building, and simultaneously provides nearly double the amount of
glazing to offices. The extensive exterior glazing provides a panoramic
view of the downtown area, including the popular historic Forks and
river development.
Building Assets
Storage facilities are available on site.
-
Ample
parking is available immediately adjacent to the building.
All major bus routes are easily accessible.
A training room consisting of 1,200 square feet is located on the
5th floor of the building. It will accommodate 35 people in a classroom setting.
Tables, chairs and visual aid equipment are provided.
Retail and service outlets in the building include Kavanaugh Jewelers, Karen's
Skin Care, Manuel's Tailor, and the Golden Willow Gift Shop, to mention only a few.
Options are constantly being explored in order to provide a better environment
for the tenants in the building. One such example is the newly renovated front
entrance that was restored to it's original grandeur.
